While camping our typical meal usually consists of a protein + veggies. This time we took some steak and mixed it with potatoes, bell peppers and avocado. 

Sidetone: Ethan and I are gluten free - so all the recipes found here will fall into that lifestyle.

 Prep: cut your steak, potatoes and bell peps if needed!

 Cook the potatoes for a bit first and then add your meat and bell peppers along with some seasoning.

 Have your fiancé surprise you with a shot of tequila like a fiancé should.

 Place it over the fire and let it cook!!

Once this beautiful concoction is ready to eat toss it in a bowl along with some avocado and maybe even some salsa. It's a super easy camp dinner! 

It also translates into a super easy camp breakfast by just adding some coffee and eggs to the mix!
