While camping our typical meal usually consists of a protein + veggies. This time we took some steak and mixed it with potatoes, bell peppers and avocado.

Once this beautiful concoction is ready to eat toss it in a bowl along with some avocado and maybe even some salsa. It's a super easy camp dinner!
